K&S Overview
Kulicke & Soffa, incorporated in 1951 and comprising of approximately 2,100 employees worldwide, provides equipment and tools and that are used in the production of a wide range of semiconductor devices. Our customers produce the "chips" that drive the information economy and enable products such as computers, cellular phones and pacemakers.
Primary markets for K&S products and services include Asia, the U.S., Europe and Japan. Customers in these markets are firms that perform contract assembly of semiconductor devices, as well as merchant and captive manufacturers.
