Ran Bareket

Position:	Vice President and Interim Principal Accounting Officer

Ran Bareket was appointed Vice President and Interim Principal Accounting Officer in August 2009. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Bareket served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since July 2006. Prior to that time, he served as Vice President of Financial Operations and Director of Worldwide Financial Operations since 2005. Mr. Bareket holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting/Management and received his Charter in Accounting from Tel Aviv Management College in Israel and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
