David Anderson

Position:	Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Anderson joined K&S in February 2004 as Vice President and General Counsel. He is the Company's chief legal officer.

Prior to joining K&S, Mr. Anderson was General Counsel at InvestorForce, a provider of software solutions to institutional investors. Before InvestorForce, Mr. Anderson was a corporate lawyer at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia.

Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude.
