Driving Directions

• From Pennsylvania (PA) Turnpike:  Fort Washington Interchange Exit 339. Go straight at the exit for approximately 1/2 mile onto Pennsylvania Avenue. At first light, right onto Commerce Drive. At first light, right onto Delaware/Virginia Drive. Sign for Kulicke & Soffa / 1005 is on the right. You will see the Siemens building at the entrance. Follow the K&S sign, drive through an underpass, and you will reach the K&S parking lot. The visitors' lobby is straight ahead.

• From Philadelphia Int'l Airport: (approx. 1 hr.)  Take Interstate 95 South (toward Wilmington, DE) to Interstate 476 North (toward Plymouth Meeting).  From Interstate 476, take PA Turnpike East (Route 276 toward New Jersey) approximately 5.5 miles to Fort Washington Exit 339.  Follow above directions from PA Turnpike.
  Note - Limousine or minibus service is also available from the airport to area hotels (see information desk near baggage claim).
• From New Jersey, New York & New England:  Take New Jersey Turnpike South to PA Turnpike (Exit 6).  Go West on PA Turnpike for 20 miles to Fort Washington Exit 339.  Follow above directions from PA Turnpike.

Alternative for EZ Pass Holders:
Use the Virginia Drive "Slip Ramp" exit. Make a left turn onto Virginia Drive. Sign for Kulicke & Soffa / 1005 is on the left. You will see the Siemens building at the entrance. Follow the K&S sign, drive through an underpass, and you will reach the K&S parking lot. The visitors' lobby is straight ahead.

• From Washington, D.C.:  Take Interstate 95 North to Interstate 476 North (toward Plymouth Meeting).  From Interstate 476, take PA Turnpike East (Route 276 toward New Jersey) to Fort Washington Exit 339.  Follow above directions from PA Turnpike.

Note - The Pennsylvania Turnpike is a toll road requiring payment in $U.S.  Cost is $0.75 from Interstate 476 to Exit 339 (Fort Washington). Cost is $2.00 from New Jersey (Delaware River Bridge) to Exit 399 (Fort Washington).
