In 2002, Kulicke & Soffa launched a new manufacturing center in the Suzhou-Singapore Industrial Park, near Shanghai. Predominantly used for the manufacture of bonding tools, the plant operates as Kulicke & Soffa Suzhou Ltd. With close proximity to the Asian market, the China plant shortens delivery time by providing rapid, on-the-spot capillary supply. Reinforced capillary production capacity and an extensive technical support network provide immediate ramp-up support to meet our customers' scheduled and unexpected needs.
