Accident Severity Rate (ASR) : FY2020 – 7.0 l FY2021 – 14.7 l FY2022 – 11.9
* AFR = (Total accidents/ Total employee work hours) x 1 million)
* ASR = (Total man-days lost/ Total employee work hours) x 1 million)
* AFR/ASR accident: A non-fatal injury or illness which results in a medical leave taken of one or more days
