K&S has established an ESG governance structure to oversee our sustainability commitments. The ESG Council, supported by organizational leads, manages workstreams that report quarterly to the Executive Leadership Team. Semi-annual updates are provided to the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee (NGC), which holds ultimate oversight of ESG strategy, policies, and performance.
